Having PR proof good for business

Sure, a good PR ( in news and media outlets) is an important advantage that almost any founder would want. It’s good for credibility purposes or for getting employees ( and investors) onboard educates the market, or alike…

Therefore, many early stage (seed to round B) startups hire a PR agency (usually on retainer)

But, then a problem starts…

If you ask me, many founders engage with a PR agency on an ongoing retainer basis too early in the game. They then find a bubble, a bubble that burst right in their faces. I have decided to list a couple of assumptions that many startup entrepreneurs make, and may cause them to make wrong decisions.
